2021 Mexican Silver Libertad
2021 Mexican Uncirculated Silver Libertad
These gorgeous silver coins are very popular due to their elegant design which features the "Independence Angel" which is a well known historic monument in Mexico City. The reverse of the coin features the current Mexican National Coat of Arms with an eagle atop a cactus, clutching a serpent, surrounded by historical Mexican National Coats of Arms.
The 2021 Libertads are released in very small batches from the Mexico City Mint where COVID-19 is still a concern with mint workers. As a result, the worldwide demand is much higher than the supply and the annual mintage will likely be very low. Each coin is 40 mm in diameter and contains "1 onza plata pura ley .999" which translates to "one ounce pure silver 0.999 fine".
Each coin will be shipped in a 2x2 non-PVC safety flip unless you buy 25 coins which would come in their original plastic mint tube. The coins also fit into our 40 mm plastic capsules (sold separately in packs of ten holders).
